Safety and Operational Excellence

Currently, we observe a fast increase in traffic accompanied by an increased level of administrative burdens for each flight. This panel session will aim to discuss best practices and lessons learnt during the pandemic, applied into achieving and maintaining operational excellence.

Threat-line auditing

Wanting to go the extra mile and ensure the highest possible standard of safety and service quality, operators are looking into threat-line auditing. 

SHELL Aircraft have experience with this concept and will share their experience on how this method can identify threats to operational safety, minimise risk and help implement measures to manage human error.
